By using K-Drama Fun Rank ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track and rank your K-Drama watch history and to discover actors and dramas. You may use the public calculator and browse content without an account; creating an account allows you to save your list and stats.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: violate any law; harass or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; scrape or automate access in a way that overloads our systems; or use the service for spam or malicious activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

Content and data

Drama and actor data (titles, posters, episode counts, etc.) are used under our data and licensing arrangements. Your personal list, rankings, and preferences are yours; by using the service you grant us the rights needed to operate the service (e.g. storing and displaying your data, and using anonymized or aggregate data for features like leaderboards as described in our Privacy Policy).

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Watch-time and other stats are for fun and may not be exact. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
